PLAYING BUT LOSING

Set in an information resource centre at an indeterminate time where data on 'lost and found' is being collected for no apparent reason.

Developed from a notice board upon which the public pinned up lost and found things, tangible or otherwise: people, possessions, emotions, states of mind.

DECONSTRUCTING THE GOOD LIFE

The performance pays homage to every squeaky floor board and stiff tap of home.

HOLIDAY SNAPS
IN COLLABORATION WITH CAT LARGE

This is a collection of 20 photographs that are playful and colour. The images reflects on the idea of bath-time as a kind of holiday, a chance to retreat away from the world.

"Tom’s performance captivates... an understated charismatic soul, he manages to propel between pathos and comedy –desolation and laughter resonate throughout."

TRIPTYCH

Here I worked in collaboration with artists from Liverpool and Coventry, and directed by the internationally acclaimed Mem Morrison. We took one street with a common name and a handful of street atlases, and infiltrated each city to examine ideas about loss, distance and departure.

MONUMENT

This was a collaboration with Alex Bradley and Elaine Kordys (known together as the Spaghetti Club). The piece was based on our varied and failing memories of live events, with outside eye and direction from Miguel Pereira.

BRISTOL IN PIECES

This piece brought two artist collectives, Bomba Suicida and The Spaghetti Club together for a shared residency. The show re-imagined the city and presented it in a spit and sawdust working man’s club surrounded by Cliff Richard memorabilia on the outskirts of the city centre.
