TEACHING

As a practising performance artist I have practical performance making skills, which I aim to share with student groups.

I have devised structured workshop sessions, which provide students with a tool-bag for contemporary performance making.

I have clear skills and approaches that can be used within studio sessions, including developing texts or narratives through automatic writing. I am able to lead sessions on looking at autobiographical and raw material as the central subject matter, leading to a dramatic intention, particularly through focusing on the uniqueness of the 'self' or 'individual'.

I am interested in supporting emerging performance makers, young and old, to create a bespoke methodology that operates as a clear process to realise a genuine artistic intention.
